Information we collect
- Enquiry and contact details: your name, email address, phone number, country and the travel ideas you share with us.
- Booking and traveller details: names as shown in passports, dates of birth, nationalities, passport numbers, flight details and emergency contacts, which are needed for permits, flights and accommodation.
- Health and special requirements: dietary, medical or mobility information you choose to share so that we can look after you safely. We treat this as sensitive and share it only where needed for your care.
- Payment records: amounts, dates and references. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
- Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes about your journey.
- Website usage: pages visited, links clicked, referring site and device type, as described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use your information
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotations
- To book, operate and support your journey, including permits, transfers and accommodation
- To keep you safe and respond in an emergency

We use your information because it is needed to take steps towards or perform a contract with you, because of our legitimate interest in running and improving our business, because you have given consent, or because the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with:
- Lodges, camps, hotels and accommodation partners
- Park and conservation authorities, such as Tanzania National Parks and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority, for permits
- Domestic airlines, transfer providers and activity operators
- Payment providers and banks that process your payments
- Technology providers that host our website, email and booking records
- Insurers or medical providers, when needed to help you
- Government authorities, where the law requires it
International transfers
Some of our partners and technology providers may process information outside Tanzania. When this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information remains protected.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as it is useful for planning your trip, and booking records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, legal and safety purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Keeping it secure
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted access to booking records and secure connections on our website. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please also read our Payment Security Policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access the information we hold about you, have it corrected, object to certain uses, withdraw consent for marketing at any time, or ask for it to be deleted. See our Data Deletion Policy. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission in Tanzania or the data-protection authority in your own country.
Children
Bookings that include children must be made by a parent, guardian or authorised adult. We only collect a child's information when it is needed for the trip, such as for permits and accommodation.
